With a terminal based in Timaru, Delta Corporation works with a number of South Island local authorities to provide bitumen for road construction. The Hurunui District Council with a network of 1,414 kms of roading that has to be sustained by a ratepayer base of 11 thousand residents was looking for value and innovative solutions.
